How to unsubscribe a user from an automation/workflow in pdwise

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to unsubscribe a user from an automation workflow in pdwise. It is useful for individuals who want to stop ongoing automations and communication with a specific user, ensuring that they no longer receive any further messages or updates.


Step 1: Log in to your pdwise account



Step 2: Scenario

"John Pdwise" enquired with the business hence he is in the "New Lead" bucket on "Opportunities". Let's assume John got in touch with the business and you no longer wanted him to receive the ongoing automations/workflows, here's how you would unsubscribe him.



Step 3: Click on "John Pdwise" name and it will open his contact profile.



Step 4: Once open, scroll all the way down on Johns profile and click "Campaigns / Workflows". If John is subscribed to a workflow, you will see it under "Active".



Step 5: To remove John from the current workflow you can simply click the "X" next to the workflow to which he is subscribed. This will manually force all automations to stop communicating with John.



Step 6: A message will appear asking you to confirm the removal of John from the automation/workflow. Click "Ok" to proceed.
