This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to accurately track opportunity and sales figures in pdwise. By following these steps, users can easily update the status and value of their deals, and view a comprehensive sales pipeline on the dashboard. This guide is essential for anyone using pdwise to effectively manage and analyse their sales performance.
Step 1: Log in to your pdwise account

Step 2: Click "Opportunities".

Step 3: Select the opportunity which you would like to update.

Step 4: Navigate to "Opportunity Value" and type in what you expect the customer to be worth or what the actual deal value is worth.

Step 5: The "Status" will always be "Open". Depending on the life cycle of the deal, you should get into the habit of updating the status to "Won", "Lost", or "Abandoned".

Step 6: After updating the "Status" and "Opportunity Value" of your deals, click "Dashboard" on the main control panel (left side of screen).

Step 7: The "Opportunity Value" from the preceding steps will be summed up here in the "Pipeline Value" and will be displayed as a total. It will also show you the deal value at each status/deal stage, giving you a comprehensive view of your sales pipeline.

Step 8: When you scroll down the "Dashboard," you can see the number of opportunities, the stage of the deal, and the value.
